Cell Signal Monitor Pro is an advanced network monitor that helps you to watch the state of cellular network by gathering data about cell towers. I don't understand. On AOS10 this app not working (not showing other than active BTS, because of Google). (Or it is from AOS6 or AOS7 and above. Doesn't matter). It is working on AOS5 well. But I can't download it on AOS5 because app is updated to newer AOS (where it is definitely not usable). Somebody understand it?

The absolute best cell signal monitoring app on the market. No idea why it doesn't have more downloads than it does. Would be nice to be able to make the background completely black to same energy on OLED devices.
